Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain Safety & security tracking system, such MOC, incident investigation, annual plan etc;
2. Conduct accident analysis together with related department and address the necessary actions;
3. Perform routine safety and security tour in site and address the necessary improvement action with related department;
4. Contractor safety and secruity control (contractor safety evaluation, safety agreement, entry permit and special work permit etc.)
5. Perform safety and secruity training for contractor.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree at chemical engineering or master degree at HSE;
2. Good coordination;
3. Capable to speak, listen and write in English;
4. Skillful at word, excel, powerpoint;
