Job Responsibilities
1. Provide expertise support in achieving optimum performance of ASML produc
ts to fit the customers specific requirements in terms of Imaging, Overlay a
nd Productivity;
2. Contribute in Fab Teams in problem definition, solution, implementation a
nd following up on escalations to Headquarter;
3. Troubleshoot problems to minimize down time. If necessary adjust and modi
fy sub-systems, replace parts and re-calibrate;
Job Requirements

3. Good communication and customer service skills;
4. Proactive & flexible Analytic, structural, ability to use available infor
mation;
5. Fluent in both oral and written English;
6. Affinity with technique and business processes;
7. Bachelor, Master or PhD Degree with background of Electronic Engineering,
Physics, Automation, Optics, Mechanics etc.
8. Semiconductor industry experiences are preferred.

Job Responsibilities
1. Define problem for customer. Generate outline of list of tasks to be comp
leted for and to satisfy customer.
2. Provide support to customers in resolving issues/problems to help them ma
ximize the performance and use of ASML products. Document procedures and pro
cesses to aid customers in use of ASML products.
3. Guide customers in experimentation to ensure that they are performed in a
n efficient manner for accuracy. Conduct data analysis to ensure that the co
rrect conclusions are drawn from customers acquired experimental data and re
sults reported to ASML.4. Organize and maintain short and long range testing
to acquire new information on new, advanced techniques/technology of intere
st to ASML and customers.
5. Meet with customers and/or manager (internal) to maintain two-way level o
f commitment to keep all involved and affected parties informed of progress.
6. Prepare presentations to provide new user support and assists sales in te
chnical presentations.
7. Generate reports, technical briefs or memos documenting activity in order
for field applications engineers to learn.
Job Requirements
1. Specialized knowledge / technical specialist. Higher vocational education
preferably electrical or chemical with extended direct wafer fabrication ex
perience (> 12 years) or Postgraduate-level with experience (> 10 years).
2. Requires excellent communication skills as well as an ability to effectiv
ely deal with internal and external customers.
Logistics Planner

* Monitor KPI including CSD, NAV, DTWP, replenishment lead time
* Planning: plan and control local inventory of service parts based on his
tory data and field requirements
* Inventory control: control inventory levels of local service parts inven
tory, ensure proper reporting in order to monitor inventory and other key fi
gures
* Replenishment: plan and control purchase orders to keep local CS invento
ry on adequate level; signal and escalate discrepancies
* Database: maintain the adequate logistics parameters on adequate parts/p
roducts
2. Customer care
* Communicate with customer regularly to gather customer request and feedb
ack on time
3. Reporting and logistics process improvement
* Generate logistics report to monitor and improve the logistics operation
