Job duties
-To handle inbound and outbound referrals via Global Links or emails
-To check the completeness of all account opening documentations and follow-up with branches on any missing or incorrect information
-To monitor the progress of all inbound and outbound referrals and follow up with branches or overseas IBCs for outstanding cases
-To monitor the referral quality from branches
-To collect feedback from branches and overseas IBCs to improve cross-border services
-To support manager on relevant projects
Job requirements
-Under graduate student preferred
-Fluent verbal and written English and Mandarin
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-Strong sense of responsibility
-Patient and detail oriented
-Availability: at least 3 days per week till year end
