RealNetworks 面向在校本科生、研究生(研一、研二学生优先)招聘业务类实习生。实习期间将协助RN员工进行无线增值服务运营并可获得相应的培训及指导。优秀实习生将得到优先转正的机会。具体需求如下：

Intern Title: Service Assistant

Job Responsibilities (specific duties)

 Assistant of Emoticon-SMS service.

 Support service promotion including plan and execute

 Support marketing information gathering

 Support content management

 Support customer care.

 Support document arrangement

Required Experience and Skills

 Strong communication skills, able to cope with very difficult communication problems and able to solve problems in really complicated situations creatively.

 Strong attention to detail.

 Strong responsibility.

 Should communicate in English.
